Members of PSJ have enjoyed the benefits of several publications.

For many years these included a monthly newsletter, the Quill, sent out the week before each meeting, with information on how to get to the host member's home, anything special that might be dealt with at the meeting, and other activities and events of the club and in the community that members might be interested in. But as postage went up and e-mail became more common, it was agreed that the Quill would be discontinued.

For about 20 years, PSJ published an Anthology each December containing two poems from each member. Again, as interest waned and members began choosing to not be included, this publication was also discontinued after the 2013 edition.

But in the meantime, the club began publication of a quarterly collection of poetry relating to the San Joaquin Valley, called Song of the San Joaquin. Beginning with the Premiere issue in October, 2003, followed by the first "regular" issue in January, 2004, the group has invited both local and other interested poets to submit work for consideration for possible publication in future issues. Visit the web page for more information regarding submissions and subscriptions.
