Any interested person may join CFCP, Inc. and become a Member at Large. Such people are loosely identified as a "chapter" of the organization, but since they may live anywhere in the world, there are no local meetings or activities.

Such members retain all the rights and privileges due any other members of CFCP, including receiving the newsletter, Updrafts, participating in monthly and annual contests, and attending the annual conventions.
